Pefect if you consider how much you payed for one night. Staff, not only reception but also staff in the kitchen is also very nice and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel.

For our second stay in this hotel, our room is facing the street, if you don't close the window, it will be noisy during whole night.

Clean and spacious rooms. Very helpful reception staff who doubled as very cheerful breakfast staff. Breakfast was very nice with hot croissants. Location was good- close to all the attractions.

Very hard to find. Lift only to the 1st floor. Beds a bit hard.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful, very helpful and they speak English which was great. The location of the hotel is in walking distance from the train station and the Dumo. Very nice continental breakfast each morning. Rooms were nice and clean. We would stay there again.

Great kind staff working at the front desk. Very helpful, ready to help with any questions. Great location - close to the train station and city center. Clean rooms, good breakfast, free internet. My friend recommended this hotel to me when she was in Florence couple of years before and I am glad I stayed there.
